In line with the company's strategic development needs, the former "CHINA LNG GROUP LIMITED" has been officially renamed "CHINA HK POWER SMART ENERGY GROUP LIMITED" (hereinafter referred to as "China HK Power") as of October 2, 2023. Concurrently, the company's English name has changed from "CHINA LNG GROUP LIMITED" to "CHINA HK POWER SMART ENERGY GROUP LIMITED." The company's stock code on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange remains unchanged as "00931."

This name change marks an important milestone in the company's development, signifying our firm step forward in the fields of new energy and natural gas. In the future, China HK Power will primarily engage in the investment, construction, operation, and technical services of new energy and natural gas businesses, striving to become the most influential smart energy service provider globally.

Following the name change, the company's main business entity and legal relationships remain unchanged. From the date of this announcement, all internal and external business documents, materials, and invoice information will uniformly use the new name.
