This center aims to provide a fair, transparent, and secure platform for our employees and partners to report any irregularities.
一、Reporting Requirements
We encourage all employees and partners to actively participate in maintaining the company’s positive environment. When reporting, please adhere to the following requirements:
1. Identify the subject: Provide the name, department, and position of the individual being reported to ensure clarity.
2. Briefly state the issue: Clearly articulate the nature of the report, such as embezzlement, financial irregularities, commercial bribery, etc.
3. Describe in detail: Provide a comprehensive description of the incident, including the time, location, involved parties, and specific details of the misconduct. Please supply as much detailed, objective evidence and attachments as possible.
4. Provide contact information: Offer valid contact details so we can reach you to verify the information. We guarantee that your report and personal information will be kept strictly confidential and used solely for audit and supervision purposes.
二、Confidentiality and Protection of Whistleblowers
The China HK Power Audit and Supervision Department has established rigorous procedures and measures to ensure that the identity and report details of whistleblowers are kept strictly confidential. We firmly oppose any form of retaliation. If any such actions are discovered, they will be dealt with seriously in accordance with national laws and company regulations. In cases where national laws are violated, the matter will be referred to judicial authorities. If a whistleblower experiences any form of retaliation, they should immediately contact the Audit and Supervision Department. We will take effective measures to protect the whistleblower.
