On February 26, China HK Power Smart Energy Group Limited (hereinafter referred to as "China HK Power," 00931.HK) and Xinlei Compressor Co., Ltd. (301317.SZ) successfully held a strategic cooperation signing ceremony at the Xinlei Future Factory. This partnership marks a significant step forward in deepening collaboration between the two parties in the fields of clean energy and green, low-carbon development.
Prior to the signing ceremony, the China HK Power team conducted an in-depth visit to Xinlei Future Factory to explore its advancements in intelligent manufacturing, green production, and comprehensive energy solutions. Particularly in the air energy and magnetic levitation air conditioning production lines, attending leaders highly appreciated Xinlei’s independently developed magnetic levitation variable frequency technology and ultra-low temperature heat pump systems. These innovations are expected to provide strong support for future cooperation.
As a leading global enterprise in aerodynamic equipment and energy-saving technology, Xinlei Stock has achieved remarkable progress in low-carbon technology development and smart manufacturing upgrades. Meanwhile, China HK Power has accumulated extensive experience in integrated energy services and market development. Driven by a shared vision for clean and green energy, as well as strong technological complementarity, the two parties will engage in in-depth collaboration on technological innovation and market resource integration. Their joint efforts will focus on implementing projects in smart heating, integrated energy solutions, and energy efficiency retrofits.

Going forward, China HK Power and Xinlei Stock will jointly develop an "intelligent manufacturing + smart operations" energy service model, integrating China HK Power’s expertise in scenario-based energy solutions with Xinlei’s strengths in equipment manufacturing. This collaboration will further accelerate the application and adoption of green, low-carbon technologies and solutions, contributing China’s wisdom to the global carbon neutrality goals.
