On December 13, Deng Yongbo, Vice President of China HK Power Group and General Manager of the New Energy Division, attended the Jianghan Chuanggu Integrated Energy and Low-Carbon Technology Innovation Cooperation Exchange Forum. Following the forum, China HK Power and Hubei Smart Integrated Energy Industry Technology Research Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Hubei Smart Energy Research Institute") signed a strategic cooperation agreement, with leaders from Jianghan District and heads of relevant partner organizations witnessing this important moment.

The signing of this strategic cooperation agreement is aimed at leveraging the professional strengths and resource advantages of both parties in the energy sector, achieving complementary advantages and mutually beneficial outcomes. The two parties will engage in in-depth cooperation in key areas, including integrated energy utilization, new energy project development, and the promotion of energy technology innovations.

In terms of project development and construction, the parties will integrate design consulting, market development, investment and financing, and technological resources to optimize energy supply systems, increase the proportion of clean energy use, and promote energy conservation and emissions reduction. Together, they will advance energy and dual-carbon projects, creating demonstration models for green, low-carbon projects.

In the field of technological innovation, China HK Power will further rely on the scientific research capabilities of Hubei Smart Energy Research Institute to jointly conduct research and practical applications of cutting-edge technologies in low-carbon green industries, integrated energy, and low-carbon technologies. This will accelerate the transformation of scientific and technological achievements into actual productive forces and enhance both parties' core competitiveness in the energy market.

During the signing ceremony, representatives from both sides expressed high expectations and firm confidence in this cooperation.
